4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

By accessing, using or purchasing from the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs available on this Website are the intellectual property of The Print Maker’s Guild and/or third party designers.

Upon purchase, the customer receives the intellectual property rights to our or third party designs, including rights to use, modify, and reproduce it.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content, branding elements, compilations, layouts, text, and proprietary materials on the Website are owned by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Use of Vintage and Public Domain Imagery

Some of our designs may incorporate vintage, historical, or public domain imagery, which we may modify, restore, enhance, recolour, combine, or otherwise re work to create new designs. While we make reasonable efforts to transform and curate such materials in a distinctive manner:

  • We cannot guarantee that any design, image, or product will be entirely unique or dissimilar to existing works available elsewhere in the marketplace;
  • Similar or identical public domain source materials may be used independently by third parties;
  • Any resemblance to other designs, whether intentional or unintentional, may occur as a result of the shared public domain source material.

4. No Guarantee of Non Infringement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations that our designs will not resemble or be alleged to resemble other works, whether protected or unprotected. You agree that the Company shall not be liable for claims arising solely from similarities inherent in public domain or vintage source material.

5. Payment and Delivery

All prices are displayed in GBP/US Dollars/ AU dollars and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made through the approved methods listed on the Website.
After payment, designs will be available for automatic digital download.

6. Usage Rights

The purchase grants you ownership of the design. You may incorporate the design into commercial products.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the design is downloaded.
